Hello! I'm so glad you're here.
To old followers and new, welcome to the next chapter of mfk Design. For those familiar with this site and my work from past iterations, you will notice significant changes from my last
website which focused on on my career in theater design, scenic art and illustration. While those passions still remain alive and active, the past six years have brought about significant growth, not the least of which has been a recently completed Master of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College.
Four years of school mixed with starting a new career track and new professional connections has given me a number of ideas and thoughts on experimental preservation and non-verbal storytelling of historic narratives through built form that I hope to share with you here. New postings will be announced on Instagram and Twitter, so feel free to follow me there for continued updates (mixed in with some knitwear enthusiasm).
